TownCentre Capital operates The Offices at San Ramon (officesatsanramon.com) and conducts leasing and marketing campaigns for retail, office, and mixed-use properties throughout the East Bay, including 43901–43941 Hugo Terrace in Fremont and other locations.

When you submit a lead form through Facebook, Instagram, or another advertising platform, the platform shares the information you submitted (such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and any answers you provided) with us in accordance with that platform’s own terms of service. By submitting the form, you consent to TownCentre Capital receiving and using that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use information collected through lead forms and website forms to:

• Send you property brochures, floor plans, photos, and lease terms
• Contact you by phone, email, or text message to discuss your interest, schedule a tour, or answer questions
• Follow up about other TownCentre Capital properties that may fit your needs

By providing your phone number on a lead form or website form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from TownCentre Capital and Andrew Lehrhoff at the number you provided, including messages sent by autodialer, regarding the property or properties you inquired about.
